°Large bubbling – boil first
°15-ounce ricotta cheese
°8 ounces torn mozzarella
°1/2 cup grated fresh Parmesan cheese
°1 tbsp parsley
°1 tbsp basil
°1 tsp oregano
°Fresh crushed black pepper
Mix all the above ingredients with the mozzarella.
I put the sauce in the pan, put it in the sauce and cover it with mozzarella (I use a ball of ice cream that works well).
Place the foil on top, place the oven on 350 bake for 25 minutes and remove the foil and bake for another 5 minutes.
