°2 tbsp. cornstarch
°1 ea. sugar
°1 ea. the water
°1/2 package strawberry gelatin
°1 9-inch pie crust baked, cooled
Mix cornstarch and sugar together. Mix in a saucepan with water. Cook, stirring, until thickened, 3 to 5 minutes. Remove from fire. Add gelatin. Stir until dissolved.
Mix the berries in the gelatin before placing them in the pie shell. Pour into the pie shell
let cool 2 or 3 hours. Garnished with whip topping.
