°1 pound ribeye
°Salt and Pepper
°2 tablespoons of olive oil
°1/2 cup butter
°8 crushed garlic cloves
°Sprig fresh rosemary & thyme
Letting steak rest for 30 min to come to room temperature. Salt also pepper to taste.
In skillet on medium-high heat, olive oil. Once it starts to smoke, add the steaks to the pan. Sear on all sides until they have a golden crust. Add the butter and let melt in the pan. Add garlic and fresh sprigs.
Reduce the heat to medium and cook until they reach the desired internal temperature. Drizzle the butter over the steak as they cook.
